I hate “self help mumbo jumbo” I am not a “traditional” sales woman (student/bartender), but being persuasive helps in a number of aspects. It sounds great!

Its a fine line between sounding persuasive and sounding pushy, hope this book clarifies that. Telemarketing callers are going to read this book to find more ways they could be persuasive.
