I originally came across this book when this blog post, which listed all 50 ways in the book, popped up on FriendFeed. I found myself going through the list of "50" techniques and saying "wow that really is true"
This New York Time best-seller is no self help mumbo jumbo or motivational crap - I despise those books. Instead, this is like a "psychology for dummies", set in the business and entrepreneurial worlds. For entrepreneurs this is 50 things you need to know.
You are going to be amazed at how easily humans can be manipulated. You'll also be amazed at how this book relates to your own everyday life and how much we are effected by "persuasion" on a daily basis.
I mentioned before this book is not "self help mumbo jumbo". Each of the "50" items is based upon a scientific study and is presented in a compelling and easy to read format.
Fellow entrepreneurs, you are going to find this book very useful. Understanding the science of persuasion is also understanding sales!
