So Twitter is now the "biggest" thing on the intertubes at the moment. And unsuprisingly bloggers have resorted to their usual habits on "hating" whatever, no matter what, the big thing is.
Looking through my Friendfeed I counted three negative blog posts about Twitter - not about its downtime, or lack of features - but beating up Twitter for being Twitter.
This is not something new on the tubes. It happens when anything gets big enough that the mainstream media cover its every move. Once this happens, bloggers for some strange reason feel they need to cover a "new" angle and that means resorting to beating up what they have been talking up for the past year.
Nobody is forcing you to talk about Twitter.
