Yes! 50 Scientifically Proven Ways to Be Persuasive is one of my all time favorite reference books.  I recommend this book to any entrepreneur as you’ll gain an understanding as to what motivates peoples.

As an entrepreneur, everything you do is about Persuasion.  You’ll be Persuading customers, employees, partners and vendors – its all part of your job.  What surprised me most, after reading this book, was just how little I actually knew about what motivates people.

The book, as the title suggest has 50 short essays that each focus on an experiment that has been conducted.  This is not some airy fairy advice .  Each essay explains the science in lay mans terms and gives some theories on why the experiment turned out that way.
